This is a Christian-based enrichment program for children entering grades 2-9 for the 2018-2019 school year, focusing on the total child–spiritual, social, and academics.


Texas Certified Teachers in Reading/Language Arts/English, Elementary Education, Math, Physical Education, Science, and Fine Arts (minimal 3 years teaching experience)

Teaching Assistants/Instructors (Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree)

Registered Nurses

Basic Requirements for Staff:

Appropriate education and/or required certification; professional demeanor

Active member of a church; must sign a Statement of Faith

Strong love of children; self-aware and willing to use and share spiritual gifts

Willing to work in a mutually respectful, loving, caring, cooperative and supportive environment; a strong model; emotionally mature and results-oriented

A passion for learning; willing to accept direction, highly dependable

Competencies:  Innovative, Flexible, Initiative, Team Work, High Personal Standards

Available to work assigned hours each day from June 11 to July 13, 2018

Complete and submit the online Lilly Grove Staff Application

Applicants for Teacher positions must submit a copy of a valid Teacher’s Certificate with the application

Deadline to submit the application is May 13, 2018

Applicants will be notified upon receipt of the application

Interviews will be conducted with qualified applicants

The SEP Leadership will make the final decisions and notify applicants by May 31, 2018.

If offered a position, applicant must:

Pass a background and reference check

Agree to abide by all guidelines and regulations including: dress code, conduct, working hours, position assignments

Sign a Statement of Faith Document

Attend orientation and all training sessions


Staff will be paid a stipend; based upon position and number of hours worked.
