Audio & Video Ministry

The Audio & Video Ministry produces audiocassettes, CDs, VHS, and DVDs of all regularly scheduled church services.

Evangelism Team

The Lilly Grove Evangelism Team trains and equips individuals to become disciples, and guides them to fulfill of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19 - 20).

Greeting Ministry

This ministry is designed to enhance the worship service through a warm, loving and inviting spiritual greeting to members and visitors at targeted services and events.

Faith Filled Adult Ministry

This ministry will attempt to build upon the present ministries offered for married and single adults ages 41-55.

Deaf Ministry

The Deaf Ministry aims to fulfill God's great command of "teaching all nations" by removing the Deaf and Hard of Hearing from spiritual darkness and providing them the Light of Life, the Gospel through Sign Language interpretation.

This ministry is seeking the participation of individuals who are:

First, sincere and dedicated in their study and involvement in the Word of God
Second, dedicated and persistent in learning the language, realizing the learning process is extensive
Third, qualified Sign Language interpreters

This ministry began April 2, 2006 at Lilly Grove's 7:30AM worship service. Since then, the following have been interpreted:

The National Baptist Convention of America Musical, held at George R. Brown Convention Center
The Symposium, held in Lilly Grove's Family Life Center
Love Fellowships
In house musicals
Children and adult productions

Currently, the following services are interpreted weekly:

Church School
11:00AM worship services
7:30AM worship services (2nd Sunday)

Meet & Greet Ministry

Host a fellowship and informational activity for visitors following church service.

Prison Ministry

Prisoners are encouraged through, prayer and worship services, and by the sharing of God's Word and love.

Radio Ministry

The Radio Ministry was developed to extend Lilly Grove's ministerial efforts using radio broadcasts.

Reach Out & Touch Ministry

Members provide encouragement, prayer, support and telephone and/or mail contact to sick and shut-in members.

Senior Activities Ministry

This program is designed for senior's ages 65 and up. A variety of exciting activities, classes and field trips connect this group with other seniors.

Substance Abuse

This ministry provides support to recovering drug and alcohol addicts and their families by sharing experiences and providing strength and hope.

Transportation Ministry

This ministry provides transportation for members to worship services and/or other church functions.

Ushers Ministry

Ushers seat worshipers, hand out programs, and provide instructions to ensure an orderly service.
