Mission Statement:  The Mission of the Lilly Grove Music Ministry is to lift the Name of Jesus through songs, hymns and spiritual psalms.  To prepare the hearts of the worshippers for the uncompromising preached word of God by Pastor Terry K. Anderson or his chosen representative.

The current singing schedule is as follows (subject to change upon entrance to the new sanctuary):

First Sundays – Sanctuary Choir – 7:30 & 11 AM – Rehearsals on Thursdays at 7:15 PM.   Ages 18 and up.    Attire – Robes or as assigned.

Second Sundays – An Adult Choir at 7:30 AM; Youth/Children Choirs at 11 AM – Youth and Children Choir rehearsals are on Saturday before the 1st and 2nd Sunday at 10 AM.   Attire – Robes.

Children’s Choir – up to 5th Grade;

Youth Choir – Middle and High School students.

Third Sundays – Young Adult Choir – 7:30 & 11 AM – Rehearsals – Three Saturdays before the 3rd Sunday at 12:45 PM.  Ages 18 – 39   Attire – Robes.

Fourth Sundays – Men’s Choir – 7:30 & 11 AM – Rehearsals – Three Mondays before the 4th Sunday at 8:00 PM.  Ages 18 and up.  Attire – Black Suits, White Shirts, various colored neckties as assigned.

Fifth Sundays – Mission Chorus – 7:30 & 11 AM – Rehearsals – As announced/scheduled during the months with 5th Sundays.    Attire – Ladies – White Dresses with Gold Corsage; Men – Black Suit, White Shirt, Gold Tie.

Combined Choirs – Voices of Joy – Singing Dates and rehearsals are as scheduled/announced on the Music Ministry calendar.

 

Special Event Choirs:

Women’s Day Choir – Sings the 4th Sunday in June of each year.  Rehearsals as announced/scheduled.   Attire – White dresses with corsage of the year.

Men’s Day Choir – Sings the 3rd Sunday in August of each year.  Rehearsals as announced/scheduled.  Attire – Black Suits, White Shirts, and Chosen tie for the year.

Youth Praise Team – Sings in Youth Church on 1st, 3rd and 4th Sundays.  Auditions required by Youth Praise Leader.
